About Dr. Abrol

Breast cysts are very common among women aged 30 to 50. Most are benign, causing no harm, though they can bring pain, tenderness, swelling, and emotional stress. A breast cyst is a benign, fluid-filled sac that forms when fluid fills an empty milk duct - simple cysts (smooth-walled, most common), multiple cysts, and complex cysts (part liquid, part solid, sometimes needing further assessment) are the main types.

Many women prefer Ayurvedic treatment for breast cysts for a natural approach, to avoid unnecessary surgery, and for long-term hormonal balance without harmful side effects. Every plan is customised to the patient's Prakriti (body constitution) and the severity of symptoms. In Ayurveda, a breast cyst is considered a Granthi formed because of dosha imbalance and toxin accumulation - treatment focuses on balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, eliminating toxins (Ama), strengthening digestion (Agni), and supporting healthy tissue metabolism.
