Covers Ayurveda fundamentals and hands-on training in Abhyangam, Shiro-abhyangam, Shirodhara, Njavarakizhi, Elakizhi, Virechana, Vamana, Nasyam, Netra Tarpanam, Greeva/Janu/Kati Basti, Swedanam, Kaya Kalpanam, body scrub, and Udvartanam.
